On vacant land in the newly revitalized U Street corridor, Robertson Development constructed an all-new, eight unit condominium project made up of four structural masonry town homes. Each five-level building contains one lower-level duplex and one upper-level triplex with a large rooftop terrace. The development set a new company standard. The grand exterior features extensive historic detailing while the interiors offer unique finishes, dramatic spaces and the company’s trademark attention to detail.
