Paul Robertson
President
Prior to founding Robertson Development in August of 1999,
Paul worked thirteen years for the Student Loan Marketing Association
(Sallie Mae) in underwriting and policy. While at Sallie Mae, Paul renovated
town homes on the side. He has a degree in Finance from Miami University
of Ohio and a Class-A General Contractors license from the state of
Virginia.
Terry Sellheim
Vice President of Operations
Terry brings thirty five years of experience in construction
to Robertson Development. He has been a partner in a commercial masonry
company that built large scale commercial and governmental buildings.
Terry has owned and operated a small residential masonry company specializing
in both new construction and restoration in Washington, DC. He has
been with the company since 2000.
Bradley Taylor
Development Manager
A graduate of Rice University with a Bachelor of Architecture,
Bradley joined Robertson Development in the fall of 2004. He has several
years experience in architecture, estimating, project management and
construction.
James Hindley
Manager – Quality Control
James joined Robertson Development in 2001 as a Finish
Superintendent. He has been both a Master Carpenter and a Project
Manager for many years as well as having been in charge of the Carpentry
department of a custom yacht builder in Annapolis, MD. James has also
been a licensed home inspector for several years.
Dawn Huss
Executive Assistant
Dawn has a Bachelor Degree from Northern Arizona University
where she studied Studio Art and Merchandising. She brings a background
in visual merchandising and design with her. She joined Robertson
Development in February of 2003.
